Arctic Monkeys 19/10/09

Im a student from Ireland doing my final year project in Tsukuba and I just found out Arctic monkeys are playing in tokyo during my stay.

Does anyone know if tickets are still available?

Is anyone who can speak english going? It'd be nice to go with a group rather than on my own, even its a bunch of strangers!

Tickets are still available - however, only in the seated areas so if you wanna stand youre out of luck. Its for this reason I decided not to go, although I may change my mind if they add another show.

aww no standing tickets.. this saddens me... i just found out about them being in town yesterday too.

I think I'll give it a miss because

1)sitting down at gigs just isnt the same. The price works out at about 50 quid and I wont pay that to see them sitting down.

2)They haven't announced a UK/Ireland tour and, looking at their schedule, its not gonna happen before xmas. It will probably be an arena tour in spring or some outdoor mgigs. I'll be home by then so Id say I'll catch them then.

Thanks for offering though Rebecca. And I hope you get to see them! Also, if you magically source some standing tckts then I'll still defo be up for going.
