Rehearsal studios

Does anyone know any good, cheap rehearsal studios around Shinjuku, or anywhere on the Chuo/Sobu line between Koenji and Akihabara?

rinky dink studios are probably the cheapest of the bunch that have all the gear and stuff you need. 2~3000 yen/hour - their homepage has a list of locations:
