Start a band

Japanese Filipino wants to make friends and form a band with like minded people. My Japanese is limited so looking for English speakers. I'm not sure what kind of band I want to form but I want it to be cool sounding. Lately I listen to Radiohead, new wave, punk and metal. I'll be the singer.
