Try posting an ad on this forum with all the details.
You can put a free ad in the Metropolis classifieds. classifieds.metropolis.co.jp/c,57.htm
and try craigslist tokyo.craigslist.jp/muc/
For Japanese-speaking members, post flyers at record stores, guitar shops and rehearsal studios.
