About SAIKO...
Saiko is a live music showcase in Tokyo launched by Dan Grunebaum, music editor of Metropolis magazine, and friends. Featured this month is Aiha Higurashi and Loves, the great new band created by the former singer of Seagull Screaming Kiss Her Kiss Her. Aiha and 3 other Japanese women rock bands ranging from the dead heavy to the arty will be playing Saiko's next event, "Rock Chick," at SuperDeluxe on April 18.
