Buying tickets for sold out gigs

Hi all, I was hoping to catch a Base Ball Bear gig in Shibuya AX (March 25th) but when trying to get tickets from the Loppi machine it came up with an error message, which I can only assume means it's sold out?

Anyway, is there anywhere in Japan I can check that might offer tickets for sale at face value / local shops selling?
