With the legendary Halloween celebrations of Shibuya and Shinjuku now shut down and fading into distant memory, Tokyo’s spookiest night of the year is searching for a new identity. One step away from the former centre of festivities, in the culture hub of Shimokitazawa, the face of that new chapter rises from the underground… ?
SHIMOKITA HALLOWEEN ‘26 will be a mind-melting paranormal party like no other.
This jam-packed lineup features live acts spanning dance music, rock n’ roll, hip-hop, punk rock, freaky electronica and more, as well as DJs ranging from elites of the cutting-edge Shibuya and Roppongi scenes to the ultimate indie disco leaders. From the South exit of Shimokitazawa station, walk straight ahead. You'll pass a McDonalds on your left. Follow the street as it veers left and you should pass a Family Mart, Club 251, Club 440, then a 7-11 all on your right. Basement Bar and Three are just past the 7-11, also on the right hand side behind a liquor shop.
