After exiting Harajuku Station, walk down Takeshita-dori (the famous shopping street) until you come out at Meiji-dori (the big busy street). Cross the road and head right, walk along a bit and you'll see Astro Hall on the left hand side before you reach Omotesando Avenue. It's in the basement of New Wave, an 8-storey building.
