Come out of the hachiko exit of Shibuya station to the big hachiko scramble crossing. You will see the big Q-Front building with Tsutaya and Starbucks in front of you. Take the street to the right of Q-Front and head away from the station. Keep going straight for a while and you'll see Tower Records on your right.
