Come out of the north exit of JR Ikebukuro station and you'll be faced with four streets. Take the second from the right and head away from the station. Pass a hospital and a Family Mart, and at the intersection with Premier Hotel and a drug store on the corner, turn left. Shutou is on the left in a basement opposite Toyoko Inn.
