Kan-Nana (Yuta Fukuhara ds, Hirokazu Yamaguchi gt, Shin-ichiro Mochizuki pf)

Yuta Fukuhara is a drummer and composer from Tokyo, Japan.  He has performed for various projects with any styles of music from traditional jazz to electro pop.  In 2017, he moved to Boston to pursue his musicality.  He has majored in Jazz Composition at Berklee College of Music, and also performed in live shows and recordings.  He has been selected to be in the Terence Blanchard XTET ensemble and performed with legendary vibraphonist Warren Wolf, while he has performed with renowned Flamenco artist Sonia Olla & Ismael Fernández, and also Chinese pop star Nana Ouyang. 

In 2020, he recorded his own music in Boston with his quartet for his new EP.

He is also active playing and composing around Tokyo now.
