VM5 is a four-piece Japanese electro-rock band.

Their sound is a unique blend of dance-rock, 50s-style rockabilly guitar, 60s surf-rock bass, 70s original punk guitar, 80s vocoder, and 90s synthesizers.

On stage, they wear glowing glasses and monochrome suits, delivering high-energy performances that have earned them a dedicated following among rock fans.

Biography
2016: Began live performances in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Participated in the NUGGETS Party, a rock DJ event featuring DJs such as Kensho Oonuki.
2017: Embarked on an Asia tour, performing in Taiwan, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Held a three-man live show in Okinawa with BRADIO and Kariyushi 58.
2018: Hosted an omnibus-style event featuring DJs, burlesque dance, drag queens, and comedy.
2019: Won the JAPAN EXPO ROCKS 2019 and toured France.
2020: Released "A Trip to the Moon tour 2020." Their nationwide tour was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
