モーガンが主催するコンサートシリーズ、「Close Encounter」は親密な空間でアーティストと対面して、パーソナルレベルを感じながら音楽などを体験できます。

２回目のイベントは、形而上学的なテーマの
"Dimensions: The Ultimate Frontier"　（次元: 究極の旅）
として、アナンダ・ジェイコブズが演奏してくれます。

アメリカ生まれで、長年東京に拠点を置くアナンダ・ジェイコブズは、多くの才能を持っています。マルチ楽器奏者、音楽プロデューサー、テレビ女優、声優、モデル、そして特に、純粋で浮遊感のある声を持つ才能豊かなシンガーソングライターです。 彼女の曲は広がりがあり、時にはドラマティックに、時には暗く、そして常に深みがあります。 モーガンは彼女をモーガンサロンに歓迎することに喜びを感じています。 このイベントでは「Close Encounter」の精神で、彼女はサンプラーとテルミンを演奏して歌うだけでなく、形而上学的なアイデアについて話し、スタイリッシュなミュージックビデオを見せ、質問があれば答えるなどのイベントとなります。 ベーシスト福寿直人とギターリスト吉村猛哉と演奏し、モーガンもいくつかの曲でキーボードで参加します。

A CLOSE ENCOUNTER WITH ANANDA JACOBS
"Dimensions - The Ultimate Frontier"

CLOSE ENCOUNTER - a new concert series curated by Morgan, giving you a chance to meet artists face-to-face in an intimate space and experience music and art on a more personal level.

The second event in this series is a concert by Ananda Jacobs, subtitled "DIMENSIONS: THE ULTIMATE FRONTIER."

American-born, based longtime in Tokyo, Ananda Jacobs has many talents. A multi-instrumentalist, a music producer, a TV actress and voice actor, a model - and especially, a gifted singer-songwriter with a pure, ethereal voice. Her songs are spacious, sometimes dramatic, sometimes dark, and always deep. Morgan is delighted to welcome her to Morgan Salon, where in the spirit of "Close Encounter" she will not only play (sampler and theremin) and sing, but also talk about her metaphysical ideas, show her stylish music videos, and answer questions.

Naoto Fukuju will play bass.
Takeya Yoshimura will play guitar.
Morgan will join on keyboards for some songs.

ENTRY is 3500 yen, payable at the door (cash only please).

Morgan Salon is the cosy, artistic personal studio of British keyboardist Morgan Fisher (Mott the Hoople, Queen, Yoko Ono, etc). It's just a five-minute walk from Daitabashi Station (only 2 stops by local train from Shinjuku on the Keio Line).
