From the east exit of JR Shinjuku station, go straight ahead along the road on the left alongside the train tracks. At Yasukuni dori, turn right and go to the pedestrian crossing and cross Yasukuni dori. You'll see a pachinko parlour and a McDonalds in front of you on the left. Go down the street between the McDonalds and the Seibu Shinjuku station building. Keep going straight ahead, passing Lotteria Plus, Lawson and Family Mart. Turn right just after Green Plaza capsule hotel and sauna. Motion is immediately on your left on the 5th floor.
