It's time for the monthly (First Saturday) Blues jam at Foxhole!
It is called the "Musashino Juke Joint." Most of the regular members are well experienced excellent players. Every one is welcome. If you are a Blues lover, it's fun just to watch them play. Come join us and spend the Saturday evening at this cozy, bluesy and funky basement bar!
The venue opens at 18:30 and the jam session starts at 19:00. Just walk in, sign up at the entrance, pay the cover charge (500 yen) and wait till your name is called. No charge for just watching.
The venue does not have guitars but you may be able to borrow someone's. A full drum set, amps, and a piano are available.

Getting to Foxhole: It's a quick and easy walk from JR Kichijoji station (Sobu/Chuo line). Just come out at the North exit (not the Park exit) - that's the one that faces the bus plaza. Then walk along the tracks in the direction of Nakano/Shinjuku. The tracks will be on your RIGHT side as you are walking. You'll first (immediately) cross the big two-way street, then it's just another four streets til the Foxhole, on the left side of the street. If you pass the 7-11, you've gone too far! The walk takes about 2 minutes.
