Dream Skills utilizes a simple Euro-rack analog/digital modular set up in order to harness the technique of triggering and sequencing collected natural sounds which have been digitized into WAV samples. Explorations into these WAVs using a variety of sequences producing continual vibrations, which, in theory, could be infinite, provide the listener with an imagined experience of my memories living within our man made and natural world. Wavs are triggered and recorded, then layered with analog synthesizers before being mixed and sent out into the world in an attempt to convey personal expression through sound. I am interested in experimenting with samples in granular form, and find fascinating sounds within the wavs of birds, people, electricity, movement of energy, and radio music. Some synths recorded, some wavs sampled, thousands found.

1992年の結成から1994年迄、ハードコアバンド”BLIND JUSTICE”に、1997年から2018年迄”envy”に在籍し、1997年の香港 – 北京ツアーから始まったアジア・欧州・北米各国でのツアーや、FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL / ALL TOMORROW’S PARTIES / HELLFEST等の大型フェスからDIYハウスショウ / スクワッティングスペースでの演奏まで、国内外を問わず幅広く活動を行う。

BLIND JUSTICE – envy在籍時に、4本のカセットテープ、6枚のフルアルバム、13枚のシングル / スプリット / ミニアルバム、2本のDVD、アナログレコード14枚組ボックスセット、zine、会場限定ライブ音源USBメモリ等を制作・リリースした。

現在、出自である音楽性を基に、音そのものの質感や空間での響きを意識するような、粒子の粗さと細やかさ、微弱な音と轟音等、対となるものが同居するような、”吹雪の中で荒野を歩いているよう”と評される独自の音像で活動している。

林哲也・塩川剛志とのR(L)N3 = Raw(Low)Noise Three = ロゥノイズスリー、根本潤との₦₮ = ナイラトゥグルグ、mouse on the keys 川﨑 昭のユニット PULSE DiSPLAY等のバンド・ユニットでの活動とあわせて、mouse on the keysのサポートもおこなっている。
