"ACOUSTIC GARDEN" CONCERT by MORGAN FISHER + SATOSHI MURATA

A duo improvisation session on piano, other acoustic keyboards, reed organ, chimes, toys, percussion, looper. The beautiful lyrical music of these two superb improvisors will be enhanced by the meditative visuals of Morgan's light paintings and other nature-inspired images and videos. Time to relax and cool down after the long, hot summer.

Spiritual pianist based in Kyoto. Self-taught in many music genres, including jazz and rock. Has evolved an individual style of improvising. Pursuing "OTODAMA" (a sound spirit practice leading to ascension of the soul), deeply connected to the spiritual culture of ancient Japan, in daily practice combining Holy Land worship and "taki gyo". In 2011 started his own music label "cumui music" with Hiromasa Ui (multi creator). Has released three solo piano albums based on the theme of ancient Japanese prayer.

プロフィール：
京都在住のスピリチュアルなピアニスト。ジャズ、ロックを始め幅広い音楽性を独学で修得し、即興演奏をベースとした独自の演奏スタイルを持つ。京都にて、瀧行や聖 地参拝を重ねる日々の中で、日本古来の精神文化に深く関わり、魂をアセンションへと導く音霊を求め、日々研鑽を重ねている。2011年より、マルチ・クリエイターの宇井博正と共に、音楽レーベル「cumui music」を立ち上げ、現在までに日本古来の祈りの世界をテーマにした３枚のソロ・ピアノ・アルバムをリリースしている。
