[30 Years Since the Death of Sean Purcell: ‘Memories of the Guillotine Theatre’]

A tribute concert in memory of Sean, the lead singer of the British band Cuddly Toys who passed away prematurely in 1996, is to be held this summer!

■Paddy's comment
In the summer of 1977, Paddy (Cuddly Toys) met Sean in London, who told him, ‘You’re going to be the only Japanese punk here.’

On 24 July 1996, he passed away at the age of 38 due to a brain tumour.

This summer, the wonderful musicians Paddy (Cuddly Toys) met in Japan are coming together in Sean’s honour!
