Mai Petty Presents Session Vol.5
An open and welcoming music session night in an intimate Koenji live salon, hosted by experienced jazz musicians.
This session is led by pianist 秋田慎治 (Shinji Akita), a central figure in the Japanese jazz scene known for his dynamic playing and deep musical understanding, and bassist 大塚義将 (Yoshimasa Otsuka), whose solid groove and sensitive support create a strong foundation for collaboration.
Vocalists and instrumentalists of all levels are welcome to participate, from professionals to amateurs. This is a rare opportunity to share the stage, explore standards and familiar tunes, and connect through live music in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Participants are asked to bring their own sheet music. Listeners are also welcome to enjoy the session and experience the energy of live musical exchange up close.
