3.THE DUCK DOWNPICKERS
All the way from Victoria, Australia, The Duck Downpickers have been bringing joyful old-time and bluegrass music to life for over 15 years. Their sound is rooted in the traditional music of the Appalachian Mountains in the eastern U.S., blended with elements of jug band, Cajun gospel, and country blues. The result is a bright, foot-tapping performance full of warmth, humor, and heart. Every note reflects their deep love of music, the friendship between band members, and their connection with the audience. The Duck Downpickers have performed at many folk festivals across Victoria and beyond, sharing their happy spirit wherever they go.
