VHOOR is set to embark on his World tour in March 2025, with his first-ever performance in Japan confirmed.

The Tokyo show will take place on March 20 at CIRCUS Tokyo, hosted by Baile Funk Kakeko.

VHOOR’s music career took off through SoundCloud, eventually gaining worldwide recognition. In the mid-2010s, he played a key role in shaping a new baile funk style called "Chill Baile" alongside other young Brazilian producers, significantly influencing the future of the Brazilian music scene.

His 2021 collaborative album Baile with rapper FBC became a massive hit in Brazil, earning a gold certification. This success marked his transition from the underground scene to the pop music sphere.

Since then, he has been featured at renowned festivals and labels such as Primavera Sound, Sónar, and Boiler Room. His Boiler Room set, in particular, stands out as one of the most-watched performances by a Brazilian artist.

Continuing to explore new possibilities in global electronic music while staying true to his Brazilian roots, VHOOR remains a groundbreaking force in the club scene.

VHOORの音楽キャリアは、サウンドクラウドでの活動をきっかけに世界へと広がった。
2010年代半ば、ブラジルの若手プロデューサーたちと共に”Chill Baile”と呼ばれる新たなバイレファンキのスタイルを確立し、後のブラジル音楽シーンに大きな影響を与えた。
2021年に発表したラッパーFBCとのコラボアルバム「Baile」はブラジルで大ヒットを記録し、ゴールドディスクに認定。この成功を機に、アンダーグラウンドからポップシーンへと進出した。
その後、Primavera Sound、Sónar、Boiler Roomなどの世界的なフェスティバルやレーベルに次々と抜擢される。特にBoiler Roomでのセットは、ブラジル人アーティストの中でも屈指の視聴回数を誇る。
現在も、ブラジルの音楽的ルーツを保ちながら、グローバルな電子音楽の新たな可能性を探求し続けるVHOOR。彼の音楽は、クラブシーンに革新をもたらし続けている。
