Lyricist and translator Tokiko Iwatani, a representative figure of the Showa era, created countless hits such as “Koi no Vacance,” “Kimi to Itsumademo,” and “Yoake no Uta.” She also translated iconic chansons like “Hymne à l’amour” and “Save the Last Dance for Me,” as well as musicals including Les Misérables and Miss Saigon. Now, a group of talented young musical actors will present a live show celebrating her masterpieces: “A Collection of Tokiko Iwatani’s masterpieces.” We look forward to welcoming you to the amazing journey of Japanese oldies !
