Anaïs del Sordo is an italian singer, improviser, performer and educator based in Paris, always researching on the expressive possibilities of the solo voice. A spirit of experimentation, creativity and reflection on sound and the study of vocal extended techniques constitute the ground of her artistic personality and constant research. Graduated in Jazz and Improvised Music at the Conservatory of Bologna, she collaborates with many groups and orchestras bond to improvised and avant-garde music, working as vocalist, leader and conductor in small and large ensembles such as Bluering Improvisers, Orchestra Open Fonterossa, LIMS, or IncrociOrchestra. She performed in numerous festivals such as Angelica Festival, Umbria Jazz, Bologna Jazz Festival, Pisa Jazz, Urbino Plays Jazz, Sibiu Jazz Festival, JazzMI, MIXtur Barcelona, Accademia Chigiana a.o. Currently, she continues to train in improvisation and research in the field of improvised and avant-garde music with concert and recording studio activities, not to mention teaching in the field of both jazz and afro-american music.

Turner Williams Jr. is an American visual artist and musician living in Marseille, France. He plays the electric shahi baaja, an Indian cousin of the Japanese taishōgoto : a plucked or bowed string instrument of the zither family that uses typewriter keys to modify pitch. Like Williams' own playing, this instrument is a transcultural mutation of the twentieth century, with its European, Asian and American sources, and its hybridization of folk, underground and contemporary electronic practices. Williams' experience and self-taught technique emerge from an obstinate practice of automatism, accident and listening. His music refracts the hybrid and popular nature of shahi baaja through an unbridled and personal process, as dispersed as it is syncretic. He has been invited to perform at festivals including Le Guess Who in Utrecht, Kraak Festival in Antwerp, Non Jazz in Paris, Improtech in Uzeste and Tokyo, Festival de Guyenne, Les Instants Fertiles at Athenor (CNCM - St Nazaire), Stanine Festival in Washington, DC, and collaborates regularly with the REACH project at Ircam

Rob Noyes is an American guitarist/composer living in Tokyo.
He has released music on Poon Village, VDSQ, Scissor Tail, and Feeding Tube.
