1959生まれ。映画やテレビの音楽を多数作りつつ世界各地のノイズや即興の現場がホームの音楽家。 ギタリスト、ターンテーブル奏者。美術と音楽の間のような作品から、一般参加のプロジェクトも多数。長年にわたりアジア各地の音楽によるネットワークづくりにも奔走。震災後は故郷の福島でも活動。
