7 awesome Japanese bands

Hi! I'm Yuki, an 100% Tokyo girl who's so much into music and passionate about going to gigs!
On 28th, October, I'm going to throw my birthday party (live event) full of fantastic rock music!!!
I'd be so glad if you just come by my party with wonderful music by seven different types of Japanese young bands! I LOVE them and yes, that's why I organized this event! I am so sure we're going to have a blast!

We offer you to experience a local people's weekend safely and reasoanably. If you are a big music lover, you really have to come to my party! 

You'll not only enjoy the gigs, but also will be able to make Tokyo friends and to exchange travel infomation with other tourists (hopefully there will be!!:)

Almost all the alcohol drinks are JPY500 (soft drink: JPY300) and we're preparing some foods, too! ;)

NOTE: Credit card is NOT available...it's a small venue! :)

The venue has a bar counter outside the live space, so if you got tired of loud sound, you can enjoy talking at the bar and chill out.

You can smoke cigarette at the bar space, cannnot in the live space.

The Memphis Bell: Three boys totally dedicated in blues. You gotta listen to blues sung in Japanese. The most powerfull drummer among all the blues bands. All the vintage equipments of their own are also something to see.The music makes you want some more whiskey!

The Applepie: Kind of more like 60's music by three stylish gentlemen. Songs in English. I especially admire their beautiful melody and chorus. Two of them are brothers...I'm just wondering if you can tell who they are. Here’s where you belong

Sleeper:  A rock n roll band with some punk background and very catchy melody. I belive there's nobody who hates them in the world. They bring you smile on your face. Sleeper starts from 8:00. See the comment please.

Sally Fizz Robber: Four cool boys playing garage rock loud! The edgy guitar sound drives you (me, at least!) crazy! The lyrics (Japanese) are crazy (which I love) and nobody on earth can understand so don't mind it and just enjoy their music. Live two years ago

Rudy Red: An awsome alternative rock band with lots of passion! Hope you guys get a lot of energy from them like I do! Their music video for a song called “RPG”

YAPOOL: Definitely one of the most upring shiny stars in Japanese Punk and Rn'R scene!!! Don't miss it, you'll be a witness of a shooting star. They always makes me cry with this song called “90.5”

Hifi Coffees: The one and only exsistance! Like no others...so unique, just terrific. Excellent mix of their warmth, honesty and heaviness of their sound. Please listen to the stunning vocalist sing for you. “Livingston”
