Kuro Deko @ Commune, Shibuya

Kuro Deko invites you to a free party at the brand new roof top space Commune in PARCO, Shibuya to celebrate the release of their first EP ‘Strobe'.
Not to be missed - There will be food, drinks and DJs topped off by a live performance from Kuro Deko.
The Live show
Incorporating a unique lighting choreography, alongside bespoke visuals and stage design with a great sound design team, it promises to be a true visual, lighting and sound concept that goes above your average live show.
The EP
Mixed and produced by Nick Zinner of the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s.
This is a collection of the first 2 singles plus 2 previously unreleased tracks, the post punk driven live favourite “Runaway” and the epic synth laden instrumental “Skies Apart”.
The Band
After the release of the first 2 singles “a Ghost in Town” and “Copenhagen” Kuro Deko spent 2018 focussing on the live performance which culminated in opening the main stage for the Massive Attack headlined festival, Ceremonia in Mexico City.
Developing a visual aesthetic with video and lights to accompany the synth wave/post punk sound they experimented with additional live instrumentation and backing.
The full band performance on April 11th 2020, will bring together all the elements that have made the live shows so popular in Tokyo and abroad.
The Venue
After having carved out a unique food, drink and music experience in Ometesando, the team at Commune2 have opened a new roof top space in the freshly constructed PARCO building in the centre of Shibuya. Boasting amazing views over the bustling district, this new venue is at the top of Tokyo day and night life.
