About the event:
After many years of presence in the African and World Music scenes of Japan, HORIOKA KIKAKU will be hosts for the first time, presenting the event
【EXO・KIDS】
This will be a night of music with roots in corners all around the world and offer you a unique experience in Japan. Therefore we invited artists like TAMTAM, NARUYOSHI KIKUCHI, TYO GQOM as well as MINYO CRUSADERS, who in recent years has attracted attention in the Japanese exotic music scene and even overseas by Ry Cooder.
The event is aimed at creating an opening towards music scenes of the world and to further the growing interest towards this underground scene in the Tokyo Metropolis. We hope to create an access point for you to this particular music.
About the hosting band:
With roots in Ethic Jazz, Mande pop, Afro beat etc. HORIOKA KIKAKU is playing an active role as a super groovy instrumental orchestra in the underground music scene. The band is led by Keisuke Horioka, who does talk- shows about African Music with all his knowledge on the topic.

Details
At the Hachiko exit of Shibuya station, you'll see the big Hachiko crossing (with the big Tsutaya and Starbucks). Take the left street towards 109. 109 is in the centre of a Y-intersection, take the right street (Bunkamura-dori) and walk until you get to Bunkamura. Follow the street as it goes to the left of Bunkamura and take the 2nd street on the left (with Shibuya Hotel En on the corner). Go up the hill and pass Club Asia on your right, O-East on your left, and then you'll see a Lawson convenience store on your right. Take the elevator next to the Lawson up to O-Nest.
