Magners International Comedy Festival Heat 1

This very special month of March continues on as exciting as ever, with the Magners International Comedy Festival in town!

We'll be suspending our regular Wednesday show for this week while the comedy competition takes over! Read below to find out what it's about.

A fixture of the Asian Comedy Scene, this is the first time that the Competition will take place in Japan. Comedians from across Japan and all over the world will perform their very best materials in front of a panel of overseas judges. + International Headliners each night. 

Winners will be crowned Japanese Champ and will get a spot on a national headline tour of China, a spot at a major US Comedy Club and cold hard cash. Oh and a flight to the Grand Finale in Vietnam and the chance to join the World Tour.

FRAMEWORK:
There will be three nights total: 2 elimination heats and a Tokyo final on March 25th. 

Elimination heats: 5 minute performances. 4 top finishers advance to finals on March 25th

Finals: 7 minute performances. Overall winners Announced

All Competition events will take place at Good Heavens British Bar in Shimokitazawa.
