TWO big sets of Medicinal music!
After a two-year hiatus, the Samm Bennett-Ken Shima duo MEDICINE BONE is BORN AGAIN! Hallelujah! With a bunch of new songs, not to mention some old favorites, MB is returning to the faithful Bright Brown bar and lounge in Nakano with an evening of musical entertainment you most definitely will not want to miss!
Ken's Mississippi Hill Country-infused guitar work meets Samm's neo-primitive 1-string geetar stylings and gut-bucket drummery to create a stomping, weaving musical environment, within which their songs tumble and roll like dice in the alley or black eyed peas on the plate!
Directions: From JR Nakano Station NORTH exit, cross the rotary area and enter the SUNMALL shotengai (covered shopping street, pedestrian only). When you reach the COZY CORNER pastry shop, turn right.
Bright Brown is a few doors down, on your left side. 2nd floor.

DIRECTIONS to Bright Brown: Take the North Exit (Kita Guchi) from JR Nakano Station, cross the bus stop/rotary area and enter the SUN MALL shopping arcade. Pass a Uniqlo on your left, etc... turn RIGHT out of the arcade at the COZY CORNER pastry shop. Bright Brown will be on your left, after just a few buildings. It's on the 2nd floor.
