Take the east exit of JR Shinjuku station, turn right and walk along Otakibashi-dori for about 5 minutes. At the 2nd major intersection (Kita-Shinjuku Hyakunincho) with the curry shop on the corner, turn left. Walk ahead for a couple of minutes and Club Doctor is on the left, just after you pass a 7-11.
