From Gaienmae station on the Ginza line, take exit 1A and walk towards Shibuya. When you get to an intersection with Haagen Dazs on the corner, turn left (Gaien Nishi Dori). Walk down until you get to an intersection with Ski Shop Jiro on the corner and turn right. Then take the next left, walk down and you'll see Aoyama Tsukimirukimiomou on the left in the basement of a building.
