At JR Shinjuku station, come out the east exit for Kabukicho. Go down the little street on the left of Studio Alta. Cross Yasukuni Dori and keep going straight. When you get to Koma Theatre, turn left and go around to the back of the Theatre where you'll find ACB Hall in the basement on the left.
