For an English-language variety show in Tokyo!
Talk in Tokyo will be filmed weekly in front of a live audience in Tokyo, It will feature host Jason Kelly, a cast of Japanese talent with varying degrees of English proficiency, and guests. The show will initially be distributed on YouTube, and promoted on Facebook and Twitter.
Its one-hour format will contain stand-up comedy, funny commercials, skits, interviews, live music, dancing, demonstrations, and more. We want to introduce the West to Japanese culture beyond sushi and samurai, and introduce Japan to Western-style entertainment and celebrity conversations.
We are assembling a top cast and crew who can make Talk in Tokyo as good as anything on broadcast television, with a unique international perspective.
