From the Hachiko exit of Shibuya station, turn right of the big Tsutaya and Starbucks, and then the first street to the left which is between Seibu department stores. Keep walking ahead past HMV on your left and a Koban (Police station) on your right. A bit further ahead you'll see the Parco Quattro Department Store on your left. Club Quattro is on the 5th floor.
